The Pasifika Health Service consists of a team of passionate Pasifika Nurses and Community Support workers / navigators / health coach that provide primary health care to Pasifika fanau within the Te Whatu Ora MidCentral rohe. We work with fanau to help reduce barriers to healthcare, increase access to services and support them to make good informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. As well as working directly with fanau, you can also find us out in the community running programs and providing health checks and health promotion at community events. We can come see our patients at home or book them in to see us in our clinic at THINK Hauora.
