Bumps to Babies provides pregnant whānau all the information they may need to prepare for the arrival of their new baby. It also helps new parents build support networks of people in similar situations to their own.
Antenatal classes are run in evenings and on weekends by trained and qualified educators. Attendees are given a wealth of information and resources, backed up by support from their educator and peers.
Post-birth, we offer Babies and Beyond classes which is 6 hours of FREE postnatal education. Here, parents develop a support network for them and their babies whilst also learning about information important to new parents such as settling, feeding, brain development, baby massage and much more.
Bumps to Babies is fully funded by Te Whatu Ora Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral and available to parents from all situations and walks of life. Classes offered in Dannevirke, Feilding, Levin, Ōtaki, Pahīatua & Palmerston North
